The building of a new public library in Fort Frances has been subject
of debate for the better part of the last year. Who know a library
could create so much controversy? What's wrong with the library we have
now? Joyce Cunningham, chair of the Fort Frances Public Library board,
shows me around the current library and explains the situation to me.
